By creating an account or using ScrapeX you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund and Subscription Policy. If you use ScrapeX for a company, you confirm you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
One person per seat. Keep your login private and tell us if it is compromised. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite.
Use leads for lawful business outreach. No spam, harassment, scams or illegal use. No reselling or republishing the data as a list or database, no scraping ScrapeX itself, and no attempts to bypass limits, reach other accounts or interfere with the service. We may suspend or end accounts that abuse the service.
You are responsible for following the email and privacy laws where you send and where your recipients are, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR. That includes a clear sender, an honest subject, a real postal address and an unsubscribe route. ScrapeX adds an unsubscribe line to emails sent through it and will not let you email someone who replied asking you to stop, but staying within the law is your job.
One credit delivers 20 leads that have an email, and Social Intelligence prices are shown before you run. Each plan payment covers 30 days. We never charge you automatically: to keep your plan after the 30 days, you pay again. If you don't, your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays. Plan credits reset when you pay and do not roll over. Credits you buy separately never expire while your account exists and are used after your monthly credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required. All payments are final. See the Refund and Subscription Policy.
There is nothing to cancel, because plans do not renew by themselves. Your plan simply ends 30 days after your payment unless you pay again. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
ScrapeX, its software, design, scoring and name belong to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business. You keep ownership of what you put in (your searches, offers, notes and emails). You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you. Leads you receive are licensed to you for your own outreach, subject to the acceptable use rules above.
ScrapeX works with services such as Google (Gmail and sign-in) and Square (payments). Their own terms apply when you use them, and they can change or fail without it being our fault.
Data comes from public sources and is provided as is. We check emails, but business details change and we cannot guarantee that every address or number is correct or that a message will be delivered.
We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted. We may change features, limits and prices. We will tell you before a price change affects your next payment.
You can stop using ScrapeX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, payment, liability) do.
ScrapeX is provided without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and tell account holders about changes that matter. Continuing to use ScrapeX after a change means you accept it.
