No. Only leads that match your search and have a contact are delivered and counted. A phone number counts where businesses rarely publish an email; you can choose email only.
The price is shown before you run it: LinkedIn company profile 1 credit each; LinkedIn jobs, LinkedIn people and X posts 1 credit per 10; X followers 1 credit per 20; X profiles and Reddit posts 1 credit per 5.
Plans never renew by themselves. Each payment covers 30 days; email info@scrapex.io to keep it, or do nothing and you move to Free with your data kept. Upgrades apply at once.
No. All payments are final, including unused credits, so try the free plan first. Nothing is charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. See the Refund and Subscription Policy.
Searches stop and your data stays. Email info@scrapex.io to buy credits (online payment is not live yet), at $0.25 each or less in bigger packs, or upgrade, and carry on. Bought credits never expire.
Only your workspace. Each account is separate, and contact details are encrypted at rest.
We provide data download and account deletion, list our providers on a Subprocessors page, and offer a data processing agreement on Enterprise. You are responsible for how you use the leads and contact people. This is not legal advice.
