All payments to ScrapeX are final and non-refundable. That covers monthly plans, partial months, and credits you buy, whether you have used them or not. Please try the free plan first: it is there so you can see real leads before you pay.
Starter and Growth are paid for 30 days at a time. We do not store your card or charge it again on our own. When the 30 days end, your account moves to the Free plan unless you pay again, and your data stays. The price shown at checkout is what you pay, plus any tax.
To stop, just don't pay again. You keep the plan until the 30 days you paid for run out. No payment, including unused credits, is refunded. Questions? Email info@scrapex.io.
Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Credits you buy separately never expire while your account exists, but they have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded, including when an account is closed or deleted.
If we charge you twice for the same thing or in the wrong amount because of an error, email info@scrapex.io and we will correct it. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.
This policy does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that cannot be waived.
